Brady Limited Case Information:
The human resource department is an integral part of any business. People are arguably the greatest resource a business has. It is key for business owners to know that treating their employees fairly and providing them with opportunities to grow will help the business to achieve its goals and objectives.

There is one full time HR Manager and one part time HR assistant. A few their staff did not return to work with them post pandemic and they have been struggling to attract staff. The owner has heard that other businesses in the town are now providing training courses to their teams, conducting performance reviews, and offering coaching and mentoring opportunities to their teams.
